Welcome to Forrest Christian Counseling!

So many of us have lived feeling weighed down by core beliefs we've carried for years “I’m powerless,” “I’m not good enough,” or “It’s not safe to feel.” These beliefs shape the way we see ourselves, how we relate to others, and the choices we make.

At Forrest Christian Counseling, you’ll find compassionate support and guidance as you begin to finally let go of those hurtful beliefs. Together, we’ll help those old beliefs become a thing of the past—so you can make room for something new: “I can get my needs met.” “I am lovable.” "I am enough.” When you’re ready to take the next step toward healing and wholeness, I’m here to walk by your side.
